Board Members

Loan performer provides the users with the opportunity to adopt and use the Loan Performer under Business Clients we mean the enterprises and the institutions (body corporate) registering with your organization as clients.

You have to be aware that Loan Performer does not support loans to Business Clients. Only savings are possible.
If your organization practices lending to such clients, they should be entered as "Individual Clients" or "Group Clients", depending on what you find appropriate.

How to add Board Members To add Board Members go to Clients\Business Clients/Board Members and a screen like the one below shows up:

• Authorized Persons: The type and the number of the authorized person's identity card.  

The formats of all ID documents acceptable in your institution should be preset in the Support Files/Identity Documents menu.

• First signatory: In the field provided, enter the names the first board member e.g .
• Documents: Attach the documents of the board member by clicking on the document radio button. A screen like one below will appear: Select or type in the document as seen below; these documents types should have been defined under Support Files/Identity Documents.

• Add signature: Attach the scanned copy of the board member's signature to the signature field provided by clicking on the Add Signature radio button.The system will direct you to the directory where signatures are stored. The directory where the signatures are stored is set under System /Configuration/General.
• Add Photo: Attach the scanned copy of the board member's photo to the photo field provided by clicking on the Add Signature radio button.The system will direct you to the directory where photos are stored. The directory where the photos are stored is set under System /Configuration/General.

Press the button Return to go back to the Board Member screen and save.

• Signatures Needed for Withdrawals: Enter the number of signatures needed for savings withdrawals e.g "1"
• Branch: This is the code of a branch of your organization to which the business client belongs. (If there are no branches, it is the code of your organization). The branch codes are not modifiable and are assigned to the organization at licensing. . Unless you have a corporate license or a license for a centralized administration of data (data from all branches maintained in one database), your choice will be limited to only one branch code.
• Reg. Code (Registration Code): The program automatically assigns a new registration code to every new client.
• Approved by: The name of the person logged in will appear in this field also as the approving person e.g. "Performer".
• Approval date: The date the client was approved will appear here e.g. "01/01/2020".
• Send to word: Click the "Send to Word" button and select the directory to where the word document containing the client registration details will be saved. This path should have been created under System/Configuration/Register Part 2.
• Name: Enter the name of the business client here e.g "Jicca Enterprises"
• Registration Date: This is the date when you register someone as your client e.g 01/01/2020". It is a compulsory field, and the date entered here should precede any transactions with the client.
• Client Exists: When entering a new client, you can always check if the same person or a client with similar characteristics does not already exist in your database.
• Retrieve: Click on the Retrieve command button and choose the client for whom you wish to edit the data

Click on the Save button to save the business client and a fees registration screen like one below appears:
